Why is it worth choosing aluminum doors?

Aluminum doors are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and types. We offer external doors (on the ASP75 and ASP70 systems) and internal doors (on the ASP50 system). They are distinguished by high durability and style. Compared to wooden and PVC substitutes, they offer a much better value for money. We offer panel door panels or glazing. A door filled with a panel can obtain a thermal coefficient of up to U w [W / (m² • K)] = 0.9

Durability

Aluminum doors can last up to 30 years. This is because aluminum is much more resistant to external components than other frames, reducing the likelihood of warping or rotting. Aluminum also has a high strength-to-weight ratio which makes it more difficult to bend.

Accessibility

One of the advantages of aluminum doors is that they can be much cheaper than other window frames. For example, frames made of another material such as wood can cost much more than aluminum windows and require careful maintenance. Plastic frames like PVC can be cheaper than aluminum frames. However, PVC frames are more prone to degradation over time and therefore can be more expensive in the long run.

ASP 75 technical description

The  ASP 75 system  is intended for the construction of external partitions with high thermal insulation and the coefficient reaching U w = 0.6 W / (m 2 K) for a fixed window and U w = 0.8 W / (m 2 K) with an opening window.
Obtaining such a low coefficient is the result of the use of special thermal breaks, seals and additional insulators. The system is characterized by high rigidity, thanks to which it is possible to make external tilt and turn windows with dimensions of up to 1.4 x 2.5 m, and doors with dimensions of 1.4 x 2.8 m.
The system also has an anti-burglary variant in the RC2 and RC3 class. Various thermal insulation solutions are possible, with and without a polyethylene insert or an airgel insert. Very good parameters allow the use of  ASP 75  in energy-saving construction. A wide range of fillings with a maximum thickness of 55 mm allows the use of triple glazing.

ASP 70 technical description

The  ASP 70  system as an economical alternative to the ASP 75 system is intended for the construction of external building elements with very good thermal insulation. The profiles have a wider thermal break, which allows the use of triple-pane fillings up to 50 mm thick. This ensures high thermal insulation while maintaining a favorable price.
The system will meet the expectations of the most demanding customers who value economical and solid solutions. The possibility of using additional HI insulators in the central chamber formed by polyamide thermal breaks increases the thermal insulation of the structure. Applications of the  ASP 70 system  are analogous to those of  ASP  75 , thanks to which they constitute proven, repeatedly tested solutions with high functionality.

ASP 50 technical description

ASP 50 EASY  is a window and door system. It has been developed for the production of interior architectural elements that are characterized by excellent acoustic insulation. The designed shape provides the required load-bearing capacity of the structure, while ensuring a good price. The door profiles of the  ASP 50 EASY system  , equipped with a rebate groove, allow for quick and easy installation of hinges, bolts or locks.

The implementation of typical hardware grooves enables the installation of the vast majority of window and door hardware available on the market. Most of the treatments can be performed using presses, dies or templates. The process of making the structure is completely simplified, thanks to which the time needed to make the structure is minimal. On the basis of this system, it is possible to make a smoke-tight structure with a falling threshold or a special seal sealing the threshold. Thanks to the use of adapted peripheral seals of the sashes and glazing, the conducted tests confirmed the high effectiveness in preventing the spread of smoke.
